ELECTRONICS- AIRPLANE AND HELICOPTER
The Electronics folder allows you to modify a multitude of information pertaining to
the aircraft’s electronics items and their respective functionality.
ADDING ITEMS TO THE ELECTRONICS-
To add components (e.g., servo, gyro, etc.) to the Electronics offerings, right click on
Electronics. Next, select the desired option from the pull-down menu.
Alternatively, with the Electronics directory highlighted, click the Edit menu. This
will bring forth the list of available options.
You may add a variety of items to the Electronics of your aircraft. Item availability
is based upon a number of factors such as aircraft genre, design specifications, etc.
Each added item offers the same features, functionality, etc. as the items that are
commonly found on the aircraft. For example, when adding a Physical Servo, you
will be able to select the input and the Servo Speed.
Add Physical Servo - Adds a servo to the aircraft.
Add Gyro - Adds a gyro to the airplane.
Add AFS Gyro - Adds the Active Flight Stabilization system to your aircraft.
Add Fixed Output Servo - Adds a servo that employs a fixed output.
Add Governor - Adds a governor to the aircraft. This is useful for controlling the
RPM’s (speed) of the aircraft.
Add Servo Mixer - Adds a servo mixer to the aircraft.
SERVOS-
All servos in RealFlight offer the same functionality. As such, this help file covers
one specific example.
