Please note: it is important to pay attention to the assigned channels. Failure to do
so may cause conflicting input. Therefore, the results may not be the original
intention. If, for example, you alter the input value to Receiver Channel 2, each time
the elevator input is given, the right aileron will respond.
To select a servo, click the existing selection in the value box. This will bring forth
the pull-down menu selections. Use either the Up/down arrow keys on the keyboard,
or the mouse to select the desired option. If utilizing the arrow keys, press Enter to
finalize the selection.
SERVO SPEED-
This setting determines the speed of the servo’s response time in seconds per 60° of
rotation.
To increase the servo speed, click on the existing value. Next, input the desired
value directly from the keyboard or via the mouse wheel. Increasing the numerical
values decreases the servo speed. Conversely, lower numerical values serve to
increase the speed of the servo.
CURRENT OUTPUT (READ ONLY)-
The value here reflects the status of the output for the respective servo. This is a
real-time output value. As such, deflecting the respective control will vary this
value.
You may not manually adjust this value
SOFTWARE RADIO-
The Software Radio allows RealFlight G3 to simulate the channel processing
normally performed by a high-end computer radio. The sections below provide an
overview of the various displays found in the Software Radio option. Further
information on the Software Radio may be found in Chapter 8: The Controller
Menu.
To access the Software Radio, either click on the [+] (plus) or double-click the
respective folder name. This activates the pull-down menu of the items contained
within the Software Radio folder.
To add an output channel, or to delete the last output channel, right click on the
Software Radio Directory. Select the desired option from the pull-down menu.
Radio Display-
The Radio Display indicates the various radio values both before and after software
mixing, if applicable.
