post-natal bleeding stops at a time when she can perform four<br />

rounds after taking ritual bath before the sunset of the 12 th Ż<strong>ul</strong>-<br />

Ḥijjaĥ, it is Wājib for her to perform Ṭawāf. If she does not<br />

perform Ṭawāf, she will be sinner. In the same way, if she had<br />

sufficient time to perform Ṭawāf but she delayed it and then<br />

suffered menses or post-natal bleeding, she will be sinner.<br />

8. As long as Ṭawāf-uz-Ziyāraĥ remains outstanding, conjugal<br />

relations with wife will not be Ḥalāl (lawf<strong>ul</strong>), even if many years<br />

have elapsed. (‘Ālamgīrī, vol. 1, pp. 232) In the same manner, if wife<br />

has not performed Ṭawāf-uz-Ziyāraĥ, husband will not be Ḥalāl<br />

for him.<br />

9. After finishing Ṭawāf, perform two Rak’āt Ṣalāĥ as ‘Wājib-uṭ-<br />

Ṭawāf.’ Now come at M<strong>ul</strong>tazam and embrace it. Then drink as<br />

much Zam Zam as you possibly can.<br />

! (After the f<strong>ul</strong>filment of these rites), Hajj has been<br />

completed, rendering conjugal relations with wives Ḥalāl.<br />

18 Madanī pearls regarding Ramī of 11 th and 12 th Ż<strong>ul</strong>-Ḥijjaĥ<br />

1. On 11 th and 12 th of Ż<strong>ul</strong>-Ḥijjaĥ, stones are to be thrown at all the<br />

three Satans. Its sequence is as follows: First throw stones at<br />

Jamra-t<strong>ul</strong>-Aūlā (the small Satan), then Jamra-t<strong>ul</strong>-Wusṭā (the<br />

middle Satan) and finally Jamra-t<strong>ul</strong>-‘Aqabaĥ (the big Satan).<br />

2. After midday, approach Jamra-t<strong>ul</strong>-Aūlā (the small Satan) and<br />

throw seven stones with face towards the Qiblaĥ. (The method
