Rafiq-ul-Haramayn 224
Answer: He will have to pay one Ṣadaqaĥ for each missed stone.
Ṣadr-ush-Sharī’aĥ
has stated: If a person missed Ramī of
all days or missed whole of or most part of the Ramī of a day - for
example, if he threw three stones on 10 th Żul-Ḥijjaĥ or threw 10
stones on 11 th Żul-Ḥijjaĥ etc. or if he performed the whole of or
most part of a day’s Ramī on the other day - Dam is to be paid in all
these cases.
If he missed less than half of the Ramī of a day - for example, if he
threw four stones and did not throw the rest three on 10 th Żul-Ḥijjaĥ
or if he threw eleven stones and did not throw the rest ten on other
days or threw stones the other day - he is to pay one Ṣadaqaĥ for
every stone not thrown. If the total amount of Ṣadaqaĥ is equivalent
to a Dam, he should pay a little less than the amount of Dam.
(Baĥār-e-Sharī’at, vol. 1, pp. 1178)
