him to put on the Iḥrām of ‘Umraĥ at Ji’irrānaĥ, if possible. His
Murshid has further stated that Ji’irrānaĥ is such a sacred place that
once he spent a night there, and was blessed with the vision of the
Holy Prophet ٖ
a hundred times in his dream within
ّٰ َ ٰ ۡ اِح َ سانِه that single night
ٰ ِ ِ ۡ ‏َم دُ‏ ‏.ا It was a routine of Sayyidunā ‘Abdul
Waĥĥāb Muttaqī ۡ
that he used to walk all the way to
Ji’irrānaĥ in the state of fast in order to put on the Iḥrām of ‘Umraĥ.

Tomb of Sayyidatunā Maymūnaĥ

It is situated on Madīnaĥ road near the area called Nawāriyaĥ. By
the time of the writing of this account, a way to get to this blessed
grave is that you go by the public transport bus # 2A or 13 which
normally passes Masjid ‘Āishaĥ on Madīnaĥ road. The last stop of
this bus is Nawāriyaĥ which is about 17 kilometres from Makkaĥ.
Get off here and walk towards Makkaĥ.
After you have walked for about 10 to 15 minutes on the same side
of the road, you will find a checkpoint ahead of which lies ‘Mawqif
Ḥujjāj’ [i.e. a place for Ḥujjāj to stay]. A little distance ahead of it is
an enclosed area where the blessed tomb of Sayyidatunā Maymūnaĥ
is situated. This sacred tomb is located in the middle of
the road. According to many people, when a bulldozer was brought
here to demolish the sacred tomb, the bulldozer turned upside down
many times. Eventually it was enclosed by walls. How great the
Karāmat of our mother Sayyidatunā Maymūnaĥ
is!
