BOVINA'S GREAT DAY.
The 2nd day of September will ever
be a notable one in the history ot
the Bovina congregation. On that
day they celebrated their one hundredth
anniversary as a congregation,
and at the same time,. Mr. T. E.
Graham was installed as their pastor.
The morning was occupied with
the ordination and installation services.
Rev. J. H. Pritchard, of White
Lake, N. Y., preached the moderator's
sermon and A. A. Johnston, of Walton,
N. Y., addressed the pastor and
people. Mr. Graham preached a forceful
sermon on the duties and privileges
of a minister of the Gospel.
Rev. S. G. Shaw, of West Hebron, N.
Y., led in the ordination and installation
prayer.
In the afternoon,, the centennial
was celeorated. The chairman o£ the
meeting was A. A. Johnston. Elder
Life." S. G. Shaw on "Congregational
Success," and T. E. Graham
OP VITAL IMPORTANCE.
It is our privilege to again bring
the attention of our readers to the
publication entitled "Why Man of
Today is only Fifty Per Cent. Efficient,,"
a treatise prepared by Charles
A. Tyrrell, M. D. You can get a copy
free if you will address him at 134
West Filty-sixth street,. New York, and
mention this paper, in order to identify
yourself as a subscriber to the
Christian Nation. This pamphlet is a
treatise on the naturalness and efficiency
of the Internal Bath as a
means to restore health and to preserve
it simply by internal R. A. Blair, of Phila.,. on
cleansing
with pure water. If health demands
external cleanliness, a thousandfold
mcrre necessary to health is internal
cleanliness. Some persons may question
the naturalness and sanity and
safety of the principle involved, but
no man or woman who ever practiced
internal bathing long enough and
thoroughly enough to give it a fair
trial, ever opposes it; on the contrary,
they become enthusiastic advocates
of it. The practice of it is the
secret of the good health of thousands
of physicians themselves. We feel
that we have done jiny person a genuine
service when we have persuaded
a good day and that a new era was
dawning for the Bovina congregation. them to practice it. New strength,
the thrill of health, and endurance
