Freda.Tom@vch.ca. Nephrology Research Unit/ Group, VGH and St Paul’s Hospital The Division of Nephrology has two sites for its clinics and clinical trials unit: St Paul’s Hospital and VGH. The following description covers both sites. The nephrology clinics and CTU covers patients with chronic kidney disease, and those undergoing dialysis and kidney transplantation. The Unit has no

The latter is an agency of the PHSA. The clinical trials unit primarily conducts Phases II, III, and IV clinical trials, as well as investigator-initiated studies. The Division of Nephrology sees approximately 2,000 new patients per year, of which 800 could be accrued into clinical trials. FIGURE A8.
