Preheat oven to 450ºF.2. Set a wire rack on a baking sheet; coat with cooking spray.3. Place breadcrumbs, cereal flakes, lemon pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and salt in a foodprocessor or blender. Process until finely ground. Transfer to a shallow dish.4. Place beaten egg whites in a second shallow dish and flour in a third shallow dish.5.
