Therefore were i<strong>de</strong>ntified:◊ 53 projects for supporting the tourism,◊ 22 projects for urban rehabilitation,◊ 9 projects for promotion of competitiveness and innovation,◊ 8 projects for <strong>de</strong>velopment of human resources,◊ 132 projects for rehabilitation / mo<strong>de</strong>rnization of transport infrastructure,◊ 80 projects for <strong>de</strong>velopment of social and educational infrastructure,◊ 396 projects for water alimentation, natural gas alimentation or waste management,◊ 3 projects for building administrative capacity,◊ 3 projects for <strong>de</strong>velopment of cross-bor<strong>de</strong>r cooperation.Complementary to the integrated county strategy were <strong>de</strong>veloped strategies or integrated plans of <strong>de</strong>velopmentform component towns of the county that influence also the situation of business environment:- Strategy for the socio-economic <strong>de</strong>velopment of Craiova Municipality 2007 - 2013- Development of Craiova Metropolitan AreaAt the level of Olt County, the general directions adopted within the strategy consi<strong>de</strong>red five priorityaxes, each with key areas of intervention outlining the framework within which <strong>de</strong>velopment initiatives will beprioritized at the county level.Priority axisMajor areas of intervention1.
