This is supported by specialized agencies of governmentat all levels to create an enabling framework and regional opportunities and resources used in all other sectors:education, human resources, legal, and information technology, envi<strong>ro</strong>nmental and cultural heritage.We start f<strong>ro</strong>m the premise that the business envi<strong>ro</strong>nment in the region will <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>velop in line with Eu<strong>ro</strong>pean policiesfor adapting to global market trends and consumer needs i<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>ntified in the Eu<strong>ro</strong>pean and international markets.Thus, we consi<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>r that at Eu<strong>ro</strong>pean level in terms of strengthening business <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>velopment of innovation,according to Eu<strong>ro</strong>pean Commission communication f<strong>ro</strong>m October 2010 38 – “Innovation union” as a central partof Eu<strong>ro</strong>pe 2020.
