The<strong>DIIMS</strong> team will do the initial diagnosis to determine if the issue is <strong>DIIMS</strong> related or determine ifTSC involvement is required. A ticket will be created with the TSC on behalf <strong>of</strong> the employee ifthe TSC needs to be involved.Your departmental records coordinator should be the first point <strong>of</strong> contact for any recordsmanagement inquiries that you may have.Examples <strong>of</strong> RM questions would be:• Where do I save this document in <strong>DIIMS</strong>?• I need a new file number created• Can I delete these documents or folders?• What is ARCS <strong>and</strong> ORCS?The <strong>DIIMS</strong> team is continually working with GNWT employees <strong>and</strong> with the vendor to improvethe interaction with <strong>DIIMS</strong>.
