The <strong>EFTA</strong> <strong>Court</strong> has also published a booklet entitled “Legal framework,<br />

case law and composition – 1994-2003”, which was republished in an<br />

updated form in November 2006 under the shorter title “Legal framework<br />

and case law”. The booklet was updated and published for the third<br />

time in July 2008. As the title indicates, the publication summarises the<br />

<strong>Court</strong>’s legal framework and its case law since 1994. in addition, it gives<br />

an account of the <strong>Court</strong>’s composition, including the former Members<br />

and Registrars of the <strong>Court</strong>. its aim is to serve as a tool of information<br />

for those who take interest in European integration. The booklet can be<br />

obtained from the Registry, by request by e-mail to registry@eftacourt.int<br />

or accessed on the <strong>EFTA</strong> <strong>Court</strong> website www.eftacourt.int<br />

Decisions of the <strong>EFTA</strong> <strong>Court</strong>, which have not yet been published in the<br />

<strong>Court</strong> <strong>Report</strong>, may be obtained from the Registry by mail or e-mail<br />

registry@eftacourt.int, or accessed on the <strong>EFTA</strong> <strong>Court</strong> website<br />
