The EFTA Court has also published a booklet entitled “Legal framework, case law and composition – 1994-2003”, which was republished in an updated form in November 2006 under the shorter title “Legal framework and case law”. The booklet was updated and published for the third time in July 2008. As the title indicates, the publication summarises the Court’s legal framework and its case law since 1994. in addition, it gives an account of the Court’s composition, including the former Members and Registrars of the Court. its aim is to serve as a tool of information for those who take interest in European integration.
