Program execution<br />

Internal sequence in a SpotL instruction:<br />

- The gun starts to move towards the position.<br />

- The weld program number is set for the external weld timer.<br />

- The gun pressure is set.<br />

- The preweld supervision is done (SpotWare Plus).<br />

- The gun starts to close at a defined time before the position (if argument \InPos<br />

is not used).<br />

- The gun is closed when it has reached the position.<br />

- The weld counter is incremented.<br />

- The OK signal for pressure reached is expected.<br />

- The preweld supervision signals are tested (SpotWare).<br />

- The movement to the next position is blocked.<br />

- The start signal is sent to the weld timer.<br />

- The program execution continues to the next movement instruction<br />

(unless argument \NoConc is used).<br />

- When the ready signal from the timer is reached, the gun is opened.<br />

- The motion is released on a release signal or a certain time after the gun<br />

opening.<br />
