ggundata Gluing gun data<br />

Components<br />

Ggundata is used to define gluing gun specific data, which is then to be used to control<br />

the gun in an optimal way during the gluing process.<br />

Note that the TCP and weight of the gluing gun are defined in tooldata.<br />

Ggundata is used in glue instructions and has the following structure:<br />

- Which gun is to be used (1 or 2).<br />

- Time for preopening and preclosing the gun.<br />

- Type of flow1 and flow2.<br />

- Times for presetting of flow1 and flow2 on.<br />

- Times for presetting flow1 and flow2 changes.<br />

- Times for presetting of flow1 and flow2 off.<br />

- Times for lag in glue gun for speed dips<br />

- Value for the speed, at which the logical maximum value for the analog outputs<br />

shall be set.<br />

ggun_no (number of gun to use) Data type: num<br />

Number to define if this ggundata is for gun 1 or gun 2.<br />

gl_on_time (preopen time for the gun) Data type: num<br />

Time in s needed for the gun to open.<br />

gl_off_time (preclose time for the gun) Data type: num<br />

Time in s needed for the gun to close.<br />

fl1_type (type of flow1) Data type: num<br />

Type of flow1 signal, set to none, fixed or speed proportional, where none = 0,<br />

fixed = 1 and speed proportional = 2.<br />

fl1_on_time (preset on time flow1) Data type: num<br />

Time in s needed to set up the flow1 in the gun when the instruction is<br />

programmed with the \On argument.<br />
