Restart by choice Service<br />

- The process error signal is reset.<br />

- The user defined routine sw_service_wf is executing, for instance moving to a<br />

home position.<br />

- The robot moves back to the spot welding point.<br />

- The reset_fault signal is pulsed.<br />

- The process error signal is reset.<br />

- The program execution is resumed but omitting the faulty weld.<br />

Restart by manual action SwRunProc (SpotWare Plus only)<br />

- Same result as Reweld.<br />

Restart by choice Reweld<br />

- The reset_fault signal is pulsed.<br />

- The process error signal is reset.<br />

- The gun closes.<br />

- The start signal is set with a time delay of sw_reset_time2 and the program<br />

execution is resumed.<br />

Supervision after the weld<br />

Supervisions in the user defined routine sw_postweld_sup are executing. See<br />

Predefined Data and Programs - System Module SWUSER or SWUSRC.<br />

Gun closure error<br />

The error occurs if the chosen pressure is not reached after a certain time. The signal<br />

p1_ok is supervised if gun_pressure=1 i spotdata etc.<br />

- The process error signal is set high.<br />

- The following manual choice is available: Service / Retry.<br />

- Choice Service: the user defined routine sw_service_cg is executing.<br />

- Back to the manual choice: Service / Retry.<br />

- Choice Retry: The gun is closing and the pressure is tested again.<br />
