structurally stable. Where cracking patterns suggest that de-lamination of the wall is occurring
or the façade is losing its structural integrity, remedial works will be necessary. It is
essential that monitoring and maintenance is continuous throughout the entire process and
any operations necessary to ensure the façade and temporary works remain structurally
sound are undertaken.
