VOCATIONAL SCHOOL OF TECHNICAL SCIENCES
This program, which was previously opened under the name
of Stone Metal Management in Silifke Vocational School, has
continued under the name of Mersin Vocational School Applied
Jewelry Technology since 1997. Nowadays, it continues its
education and training as the Department of Jewelery and Jewelry
Design at the Technical Sciences Vocational School. jewelry
vocational courses that students who graduate from this program
in Turkey in gemology and design courses are provided in parallel
to developing technology with the necessary knowledge and skills.
When they graduate, they have the opportunity to find a job in the
application and design departments of factories and workshops
serving in the jewelry industry. There is also the opportunity to
continue their academic education through the first 4 years of
education, which opened in Mersin University Jewelry Technology
and vertical transition exam and skills test to School Design in
Turkey.
