General Information
Our faculty is one of the 6 faculties established in 1992 within the scope of Mersin University with Law No.
3837. Education and training activities are carried out in undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs in the
departments of our faculty. The infrastructure and laboratories of Computer, Environment, Electrical-Electronics,
Food, Civil, Geological, Chemistry, Machine, Geomatics, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering Departments,
of which the undergraduate education is given, have been completed significantly. In addition to the four existing
blocks, two faculty blocks were completed in July 2012, and the Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering,
and Geomatics Engineering departments were moved to the Block F, and Computer Engineering, Electrical-
Electronics Engineering, and Metallurgical and Materials Engineering Departments were moved to the Block E.
