The construction of the “Mersin University Hospital” with 7
an area of 100.000 m2 located in Mersin University Çiftlikköy
completely completed in May 2014 and our hospital started
health services in its new building as of 20.05.2014.
Our new hospital provides polyclinic services with 120 e
and treatment rooms in 37 branches and it has a total of 1
rooms, 2 of which are delivery rooms, 1 gynaecology oper
and 15 large operating rooms. In addition, there is an emer
with 50 beds, including 30 adults and 20 children, 131 dail
beds, a radiology unit, a laboratory, intensive care units with a
beds and a reanimation unit, a physical therapy and rehabil
nuclear medicine. Besides, organ tissue transplant centre perfo
and liver transplants. Our hospital is fully equipped with a r
treatment centre, sleep centre, 592 service beds consisting of
single rooms, 3-bed prisoner service and 127 intensive care
total bed capacity of 722 and it is at the service of the people
and the whole region.
