Whenever fear tries to creep up on you, go somewhere quiet and meditate on how much the Lord loves you as you partake of the holy Communion. Talk to your Savior, and as you lift up the bread, tell Him, “Lord Jesus, thank You that You love me so much You allowed Your body to be broken so mine can be whole. Right now, I receive Your wholeness, Your strength, and Your divine health.” As you lift up the cup, say, “Thank You for Your precious blood, which has cleansed me of every sin. Right now, I can come boldly to Your throne of grace, knowing I am completely righteous, knowing my prayers avail much!” When you partake of the Communion, you are “proclaiming the Lord’s death” (1 Cor. 11:26) and reminding the devil and his cohorts of their humiliating defeat at the cross (Col. 2:15). You are proclaiming to the enemy that he has no right to put symptoms or sicknesses on your body because your Lord Jesus has already borne every disease and pain on His own body. Instead of reading articles on the internet that tell you how serious your condition can become, or reading your medical report over and over again, read praise reports about the Lord’s love and faithfulness. 1 Read scriptures about His love and
