Looking back, had I not gone on this work
trip, I would not have been in Dallas. Had I
not been in Dallas, I would not have been
operated on by a Christian surgeon who
personally told me that it is not him but Jesus
who heals. And had I not been operated on at
that time, my numbing paralysis would soon
have become too far advanced and the
outcome could have been so different. I could
have become an invalid from my neck down,
or the cancer could have killed me. I shudder
even to think about it!
And had I not paid US$17 to top up the
travel insurance provided for this work trip, I
would not have had my huge hospital bill,
which came up to over US$200,000, borne
entirely by the travel insurance company! All
this can only be the Lord’s doing, and it is
marvelous in my eyes (Ps. 118:23). To God
be all the glory and praise! Praise Jesus!
