As a parent, you are the spiritual authority in
your children’s lives, and to you belongs the
privilege of bringing them to the Lord and pointing
them to His love for them. In Deuteronomy 11:19,
the Lord exhorts us as parents to teach His Word to
our children, “speaking of them [scriptures] when
you sit in your house, when you walk by the way,
when you lie down, and when you rise up.” Why?
So that through the Word they will come to see
His perfect love for them, and you and your children
may live good, long lives and experience days of
heaven on earth (Deut. 11:21). When you partake of
the Communion with them, are you not teaching
them about the Lord and pointing them to His love?
Then as His Word in Deuteronomy 11:21 promises,
you and your children will experience here on earth
days of heaven (where there is no sickness) and long
life.
Dear reader, as you see how easy the Lord has
made it for you and your loved ones to receive His
divine healing, strength, and life, I pray that you will
seize every opportunity to come to the Lord’s Table
and partake of the elements. I am believing with you
that as you partake, you will become stronger and
healthier. I declare that according to His Word, you
will not remain sick or die, but live and see the
