Sometimes we get impatient and we want the
Lord to drive out all our enemies at once. May I
show you a passage that I pray will encourage you?
This is what the Lord said to the children of Israel as
they were preparing to enter the promised land:
“I will not drive them out from before you in
one year, lest the land become desolate and
the beasts of the field become too numerous
for you. Little by little I will drive them out
from before you, until you have increased,
and you inherit the land.” (Ex. 23:29–30)
