Failure to provide a measurement at the user’s request is indicated by setting bit 0 of MS_BA_VF. If the height, or height rate, limits of 500 m and 600 m/s are exceeded bits 1-2 of MS_BA_VF are set respectively. 3.6.5 Output Interface The measured barometric (pressure) height passes through an unsigned 16 bit digital interface at a frequency (BAfO) of 20 Hz (clock 17). The measurement is subject to an interface range limit of 500 m and a one-cycle transmission delay.
