Bits 27-28 are reserved for the output interface in the normal way.<br />

The selective availability model was derived from de-biased empirical data that<br />

includes Gaussian and time correlated noise (excluding the receiver clock<br />

Gaussian noise). When this error source is activated (MS_GP_ER bit 1 set) all<br />

the remaining satellite noise sources are automatically de-activated.<br />
