En mi caso, decidí elegir para trabajar productos cotidianos, accesibles
y de uso masivo. Son productos muy apreciados por la mayoría de los
dominicanos, los cuales presento en una peculiar experiencia coctelera,
que de seguro nos ayudará, a todos, a valorar mucho más lo nuestro
y a crear un paladar caribeño en materia de coctelería, generando un
recorrido único del mercado local a tu bar. Así que disfruten esta atractiva
mezcla de sabores, colores y aromas, que nos hará apreciar mucho
más los frutos de nuestra fecunda tierra dominicana y nuestra capacidad
creativa.
FLAVORS OF MY LAND
In my case, I chose to work with every-day, affordable and highly-consumed
products for my creation. These products, highly cherished by
most Dominicans, are the appreciation behind my inspiration to present
a distinctive cocktail experience that will surely play its part in teaching us
to cherish our products even further, likewise developing a “Caribbean
cocktail” experience, and translating same from the local farm stand to
the bar. So, enjoy this attractive blend of flavors, colors and aromata;
they will be essential throughout the learning process that is “learning to
love the fruit of our land”, by steering our creative capacity to turn them
into “a signature experience”.
