Ils'agit principalement de festivals ou de structures decréation et de diffusion artistiques. Le Réseau Varèse s'estfixé pour mission de promouvoir la création musicale en aidantà la production de concerts, de spectacles musicaux oud'actions pédagogiques. Ces projets sont proposés par lesmembres d'au moins deux pays. Ils doivent en priorités'attacher à défendre les compositeurs et leurs œuvres.L'ambition internationale des projets est prise en compte.Grâce à l'aide triennale 2003-2005 de l'Union européenne dansle cadre de son programme Culture 2000, le Réseau Varèse peutaider financièrement les projets retenus pour une meilleure- 207 -
