Résultats
Types of antigens : Excretory-secretory products from T. colubriformis adult (ESP Ad) or fourth-stage larvae (L4) worms (ESP L4), and crude
extract of T. colubriformis infective third-stage larvae (CEL3) were tested.
For IgG determination, secondary antibody is a Donkey anti-sheep IgG HRP-conjugated (Sigma, reference A3415). For IgA determination, an
anti-bovine/sheep IgA mouse IgG1 (Serotec, reference MCA628) is first applied before a goat anti-mouse IgG1 HRP-conjugated (Serotec,
reference STAR81P).
