Fig. 1 : Th2 cytokine mRNA transcriptions in the duodenal mucosa (DM) and in the
duodenal mesenteric lymph node (MLN) from previously-infected, primary-infected and
uninfected control sheep.
IL-5 mRNA (A : in DM and B: in MLN), IL-4 mRNA (C: in DM and D : in MLN), were
quantified and measured in each duplicate sample using an external standard. Results are
expressed after normalization (ratio) with a housekeeping gene (ovine Beta-actin) Small black
