Adega Pérola
COPACABANA
frita).
conceito original. Patrimônio Cultural do Rio de Janeiro.
“What's really good here?” asks a man, seeing the dishes on
display. “Everything,” says a customer next to him. Opened in the
1950s by Portuguese immigrants, Adega is famous for its variety
of starters and fish dishes (especially xerelete and fried sardines).
At sunset, punters at the crowded bar spill out onto the pavement.
Bought two years ago by previous customers, it remains true to its
original concept. A Rio de Janeiro cultural heritage site.
