preparados com farinha <strong>de</strong> trigo integral com fermentação natural<br />

e sem conservantes. A padaria é comandada pelo casal francobrasileiro<br />

Henri Forcellino e Ana Paula Gentil. Nos fins <strong>de</strong> semana,<br />

serve um concorrido café da manhã ao ar livre com croissants, pain<br />

au chocolat, ovos caipiras etc. O expresso é feito com grãos da Café<br />

Fazenda Pessegueiro, <strong>de</strong> Mococa, São Paulo.<br />

Here the French-style wholemeal artisan breads are baked<br />

following a natural, preservative-free fermentation process. The<br />

bakery is run by the Franco-Brazilian couple, Henri Forcellino and Ana<br />

Paula Gentil. The popular breakfast of croissants, pain au chocolat<br />

and free-range eggs is served at outsi<strong>de</strong> tables at the weekend.<br />

The espresso coffee is ma<strong>de</strong> with beans from the Café Fazenda<br />

Pessegueiro in Mococa, São Paulo.<br />
