Banana com cumaru, araçá, cajuína, araticum, grumixama, taperebá.<br />

Estes são alguns dos sabores produzidos pelos sócios italianos da<br />

Vero, gelateria que explora sabores tipicamente brasileiros <strong>de</strong> acordo<br />

com a sazonalida<strong>de</strong>. Os gelatos não usam gordura vegetal e há uma<br />

linha <strong>de</strong> sorbets sem açúcar e sabores adoçados com agave. Entre<br />

os clássicos está o sorvete <strong>de</strong> avelã, com noz do Piemonte; pistache,<br />

vindo da Sicília, e o vero, mistura <strong>de</strong> café, Camocim, com chocolate<br />

Callebaut.<br />

Banana with tonka bean, other tropical fruits such, araçá, cajuína,<br />

araticum, grumixama and taperebá — these are just some of the<br />

typically Brazilian ice-cream flavors produced by the Italian owners<br />

of Vero according to seasonality. All ice-creams are vegetable<br />

fat-free and a range of sugar-free sorbets sweetened with agave<br />

syrup is also available. Among the classic flavors are Piedmontese<br />

hazelnut, Sicilian pistachio and “Vero”, a mixture of coffee Camocim,<br />

from Espírito Santo, Brazil, and Callebaut chocolate.<br />
