cracklings and a mini caipirinha. Created by talented chef Kátia<br />

Barbosa, this <strong>de</strong>licacy is only one of many available to regulars. At<br />

weekends, punters in the long line are rewar<strong>de</strong>d with savories such as<br />

almofadinha (a shrimp-filled, <strong>de</strong>ep-fried turnover ma<strong>de</strong> with tapioca<br />

pastry), a wi<strong>de</strong> range of traditional dishes and one of the city's best<br />
