This café, which has a pleasant outdoor area, works with four main<br />

coffee beans: Sul <strong>de</strong> Minas, Expresso <strong>Brasil</strong> (the house blend), <strong>Rio</strong><br />

<strong>de</strong> <strong>Janeiro</strong> and the organic Severino, grown in Pernambuco. Always<br />

an exciting surprise, the “blend of the month” is usually ma<strong>de</strong> with<br />

beans from smaller plantations. To go with your coffee, the menu<br />

inclu<strong>de</strong>s light dishes, savory snacks, cakes and confectionery. Besi<strong>de</strong>s<br />

espresso, Bunn-filtered coffee is also served.<br />
