SUMMARY<br />
My thesis is a presentation of autism and shows how a child with autism feels in regular<br />
education. Experts believe that autism is a developmental disorder, for which they do not<br />
know the precise cause of the occurrence. It is a combination of deficits, which are reflected<br />
in three areas: communication, behavior and socialization. Such child needs an understanding<br />
environment and specific treatment.<br />
With the case study I wanted to find out how children with autism feel in regular education. I<br />
was also wondering how they are perceived by their classmates, teachers, and the school<br />
management. I wanted to find out whether parents of these children receive help and<br />
guidance about their children's education. I was also curious about the teacher's opinion<br />
regarding integration and inclusion. I got the answers to these questions by having interviews<br />
and surveys with teachers who teach an autistic student. This way the picture of how<br />
employees accept an autistic student became clearer.<br />
