defined, important and permanent tasks involving all
commissions.

Administration
(1) Membership
– Countries
– Candidate members
– Individual members
– Fellows
(2) General Assembly
– work of IAG components shall be reported
– consist of the fellows, members and candidate members
(3) Council consists of the National Delegates, formally
accredited by the adhering body of the member countries,
one delegate per country
– Examine questions of general scientific policy or
administration
– Elect the members of the Bureau and of the EC, and of
the Presidents of Commissions
– Approve the establishment of Inter-Commission Committees
and IAG Projects
(4) IAG Bureau administers the affairs of the Association.

(5) Executive Committee furthers the objectives of the
Association through effective coordination and through the
formulation of general policies, establishes ICCs and IAG
Projects etc.

Presidents of ICCs, chairs of the IAG Projects and the
