INSTALLATION<br />
! Caution<br />
AF93/IS903 Adjustable Frequency Drives<br />
contain components and sub-assemblies that<br />
are sensitive to electrostatic discharge. Static<br />
control precautions are required when installing,<br />
testing, servicing, or repairing your Adjustable<br />
Frequency Drive. Component damage may<br />
result if you ignore electrostatic discharge<br />
control procedures.<br />
❐ Connect Wiring<br />
¥ Connect input line and output power<br />
conductors to locations shown in<br />
applicable connection diagram.<br />
¥ Connect input and output ground<br />
conductors to the chassis where<br />
shown on the applicable connection<br />
diagram.<br />
¥ Connect the analog and digital signal<br />
wiring to locations shown on the applicable<br />
connection diagram.<br />
¥ Connect all shielded cables to terminal<br />
block ground terminals where shown on<br />
the applicable connection diagram. Ground<br />
the cable at the drive end for inputs only.<br />
¥ Check all wiring connections against all<br />
connection diagrams shown at the end<br />
of this section, and those that came<br />
packed with the drive.<br />
