Starting Your Drive From Your Keypad<br />
Before starting the drive from the keypad, make<br />
sure a jumper or customer permissive circuit is<br />
connected between terminals 7 and 8, and terminals<br />
7 and 15.<br />
Step 1. Make sure the Keypad Indicator is lit. If it<br />
isnÕt, press Select. The Select button may<br />
have been disabled (see Section 4, Using<br />
the Parameters for more information).<br />
Step 2. Press Start.<br />

The Run indicator should be lit and the<br />
drive will start to ramp to the current speed<br />
setting.<br />
Note: Pressing Start when the drive is in<br />
FAULT mode, clears the fault condition and<br />
immediately restarts the drive to RUN<br />
mode.<br />
