deformations associated with hydroforming on the<br />

distortions in welded assemblies. Our accomplishements<br />

included the development of numerical procedures to<br />

simulate the hydroforming process and to predict<br />

formability to optimize the process conditions for a given<br />

part geometry and tube/extrusion material.<br />
