Insect Net Bags<br />
<strong>BioQuip</strong> net bags are available in eight types and four sizes to<br />
meet a complete range of collecting conditions and user preferences.<br />
They are made professionally with flat seams, leaving<br />
no raw edges, and are identical inside and out. Overall<br />
lengths listed below are accurate to +_ 1/2". These bags are<br />
sold as replacements or alternatives for nets described on the<br />
preceding three pages.<br />
Standard White Aerial Bags<br />
Made of white Polyester netting. Mesh size is approximately 24 x 20<br />
per inch. Tricot interlocking netting is manufactured in manner that<br />
helps prevent snags and tears. Top is banded with sailcloth.<br />

Coleopterist's Net Bag<br />
A welcome addition to <strong>BioQuip</strong>'s<br />
extensive line of net bags, the<br />
coleopterist's bag has been<br />
designed to prevent beetles and<br />
other insects from crawling out<br />
after they have been collected.<br />
The bag has an interior lining that<br />
stops the progress of the beetles<br />
as they crawl upwards. It is<br />
especially useful when making<br />
multiple catches with a longhandled<br />
net.<br />
Inside the 18" (46 cm) diameter<br />
aerial net bag is a tapered lining of<br />
the same netting, which extends<br />
halfway down the length of the<br />
bag. Insects collected in the lower<br />
end of the bag crawl upward between the bag and the lining and<br />
cannot escape.<br />
The coleopterist's net bag is available with white or green netting,<br />
with a rugged sailcloth band around the top. Length is 38" (97 cm).<br />
It must be ordered separately as an accessory for any <strong>BioQuip</strong><br />
insect net with an 18" diameter net ring.<br />
