With the roofing of the Great Court of the British Museum in London (Figure 4) and the envelope of
the Yas Marina Hotel in Abu Dhabi (Figure 5) the Waagner-Biro Stahlbau AG was able to show the
viability of geometrically challenging steel glass structures in a competitive environment.
