(2) Documents submitted at <strong>the</strong> court hearing may be attached to <strong>the</strong> case file.<br />

Article 300. Inspection <strong>of</strong> Locality or Premises<br />

(1) The court finding necessary to inspect any premises or locality, shall conduct <strong>the</strong> inspection<br />

with <strong>the</strong> participation <strong>of</strong> parties. If necessary, <strong>the</strong> experiment may be conducted with<br />

participation <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> witnesses, expert and a specialist. The court shall make a decision on<br />

such inspection.<br />

(2) Upon arrival to <strong>the</strong> site <strong>of</strong> inspection, <strong>the</strong> presiding judge shall announce on continuation <strong>of</strong><br />

<strong>the</strong> hearing, and <strong>the</strong> court starts inspection, where <strong>the</strong> defendant, victim, witnesses, expert<br />

and specialist may be asked questions related to <strong>the</strong> inspection.<br />

(3) Results <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> inspection shall be reflected in <strong>the</strong> record <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> hearing.<br />

Article 301. Conduct <strong>of</strong> Experiment<br />

(1) If for verification or clarification <strong>of</strong> facts <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> case some actions, situation or o<strong>the</strong>r<br />

circumstances <strong>of</strong> a certain event some actions need to be reproduced, and o<strong>the</strong>r tests<br />

performed, <strong>the</strong> court may conduct an experiment.<br />

(2) The court shall conduct <strong>the</strong> experiment with <strong>the</strong> participation <strong>of</strong> o<strong>the</strong>r parties. In cases <strong>of</strong><br />

necessity, a witness and a specialist may be involved engaged.<br />

(3) The court shall conduct an experiment with observance <strong>of</strong> rules provided by Article 182 <strong>of</strong><br />

this <strong>Code</strong>.<br />

Article 302. Presenting for Identification<br />

In instances where a person or an object must be identified, <strong>the</strong> identification shall be conducted<br />

in accordance with rules established in Articles 198 here<strong>of</strong>.<br />

Article 303. Inspection<br />

(1) Inspection shall be conducted in <strong>the</strong> hearing by <strong>the</strong> decision <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> court in <strong>the</strong> instances<br />

provided by point (1) <strong>of</strong> Article 180 here<strong>of</strong>.<br />

(2) Inspection accompanied by stripping shall be conducted in a separate premises by a doctor,<br />

or o<strong>the</strong>r specialist who upon completion <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> inspection produce and sign <strong>the</strong> act on<br />

inspection. After that, <strong>the</strong> specified persons shall return to <strong>the</strong> court room, where, in <strong>the</strong><br />

presence <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> parties, and <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> person inspected shall inform <strong>the</strong> court on <strong>the</strong> traces and<br />

signs on <strong>the</strong> body, should any be discovered, and answer <strong>the</strong> questions <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> parties and<br />

judges. The act on inspection shall be attached to <strong>the</strong> case file.<br />

Article 304. Completion <strong>of</strong> Court Examination<br />

(1) Upon completion <strong>of</strong> examination <strong>of</strong> all evidence, <strong>the</strong> presiding judge shall ask <strong>the</strong> parties<br />

whe<strong>the</strong>r <strong>the</strong>y wish to add to <strong>the</strong> trial, and what additions <strong>the</strong>y have. Should any motions be<br />

submitted on addition <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> trial, <strong>the</strong> court shall discuss <strong>the</strong>se motions and resolve <strong>the</strong>m.<br />

(2) Upon resolution <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> motions and performance <strong>of</strong> necessary court actions, <strong>the</strong> presiding<br />

judge announces <strong>the</strong> court examination completed.
