(11) In <strong>the</strong> course <strong>of</strong> a dwelling house inspection <strong>the</strong> presence <strong>of</strong> adult residents shall be<br />
provided. In case it is impossible to provide to his presence, representatives <strong>of</strong> a dwelling<br />
agency or a local administration body shall be invited.<br />
(12) Inspection <strong>of</strong> premises <strong>of</strong> companies, organizations or establishments shall be enforced in<br />
<strong>the</strong> presence <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>ir representatives.<br />
(13) Inspection <strong>of</strong> premises where diplomatic <strong>of</strong>ficers are located as well as inspection <strong>of</strong><br />
premises where members <strong>of</strong> diplomatic service and <strong>the</strong>ir families live may be enforced only<br />
upon a request or consent <strong>of</strong> a diplomatic representative and in his presence. The consent <strong>of</strong><br />
a diplomatic representative shall be asked through <strong>the</strong> Ministry <strong>of</strong> Foreign Affairs <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />
<strong>Kyrgyz</strong> <strong>Republic</strong>. The presence <strong>of</strong> a prosecutor and a representative <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Ministry <strong>of</strong><br />
Foreign Affairs shall be necessary when such inspection is enforced.<br />
Article 178. Corpse expert examination<br />
(1) External expert examination <strong>of</strong> a corpse at <strong>the</strong> place <strong>of</strong> discovery shall be made by <strong>the</strong><br />
investigator with <strong>the</strong> participation <strong>of</strong> identifying witnesses and a doctor—specialist in <strong>the</strong><br />
field <strong>of</strong> forensic medicine and, when his participation is impossible, with <strong>the</strong> participation <strong>of</strong><br />
any doctor. If it is necessary, o<strong>the</strong>r specialists may be invited to <strong>the</strong> expert examination <strong>of</strong> a<br />
corpse.<br />
(2) Unidentified corpses shall be photographed and identified by means <strong>of</strong> fingerprints.<br />
(3) When it is necessary to extract a corpse out <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> grave in order to inspect it <strong>the</strong> investigator<br />
shall render a resolution that shall have a warrant <strong>of</strong> a prosecutor. The investigator shall<br />
notify close relatives <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> buried. The resolution on extraction <strong>of</strong> a corpse out <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> grave<br />
shall be binding for <strong>the</strong> administration <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> cemetery<br />
Article 179. Exhibits expert examination<br />
Any objects that according to Article 85 <strong>of</strong> this <strong>Code</strong> are considered to be exhibits and were<br />
discovered in <strong>the</strong> course <strong>of</strong> inspection <strong>of</strong> a site <strong>of</strong> event, territory or dwelling, withdrawn in <strong>the</strong><br />
course <strong>of</strong> a search, seizure, investigatory experimentation and o<strong>the</strong>r investigatory proceedings or<br />
submitted upon <strong>the</strong> investigator’s request by companies, organizations, establishments and<br />
persons shall be examined according to <strong>the</strong> rules established by Article 177 <strong>of</strong> this <strong>Code</strong>.<br />
Article 180. Examination<br />
(1) In order to discover on a body <strong>of</strong> a person some specific signs, vestiges <strong>of</strong> a crime, body<br />
damages, to find out whe<strong>the</strong>r a person is drunk and some o<strong>the</strong>r elements that are important<br />
for a case and if <strong>the</strong>re is no need in making an expert examination in order to do that <strong>the</strong>re<br />
may be enforced an examination <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> suspect, accused, victim and a witness. Investigator<br />
shall render a resolution on examination enforcement.<br />
(2) Examination shall be made with participation <strong>of</strong> identifying witnesses, and in some necessary<br />
cases expert examination may be made with a participation <strong>of</strong> a doctor or o<strong>the</strong>r specialist.<br />
(3) Any investigator shall not be present at examination <strong>of</strong> a person <strong>of</strong> ano<strong>the</strong>r sex if in <strong>the</strong><br />
course <strong>of</strong> examination a person is nude. In such a case examination shall be made by a doctor<br />
with participation <strong>of</strong> identifying witnesses <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> same sex.
