(2) <strong>Criminal</strong> cases about crimes against public safety (Articles 226-228 <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Criminal</strong> <strong>Code</strong> <strong>of</strong><br />

<strong>Kyrgyz</strong> <strong>Republic</strong>), about crimes against fundamentals <strong>of</strong> constitutional structure and security<br />

<strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> state (Articles 292-302 <strong>of</strong> <strong>Criminal</strong> <strong>Code</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Kyrgyz</strong> <strong>Republic</strong>), about illegal crossing<br />

<strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> state boundary (Article 346 <strong>of</strong> <strong>Criminal</strong> <strong>Code</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Kyrgyz</strong> <strong>Republic</strong>), about crimes<br />

against peace and security <strong>of</strong> mankind (Articles 373376 <strong>of</strong> <strong>Criminal</strong> <strong>Code</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Kyrgyz</strong><br />

<strong>Republic</strong>), shall be investigated by investigators <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> National Security agencies.<br />

(3) <strong>Criminal</strong> cases about crimes against constitutional rights and freedoms <strong>of</strong> a person and<br />

citizen (part three <strong>of</strong> Article 136, part two <strong>of</strong> Article 137, Article 138, part two and three <strong>of</strong><br />

Article 139, Articles 142 – 145, 147 – 149, 152 <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Criminal</strong> <strong>Code</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Kyrgyz</strong><br />

<strong>Republic</strong>), about crimes related to encroachment on <strong>the</strong> life <strong>of</strong> law-enforcement <strong>of</strong>ficial<br />

(Article 340 <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Criminal</strong> <strong>Code</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Kyrgyz</strong> <strong>Republic</strong>), shall be investigated by<br />

investigators <strong>of</strong> agencies <strong>of</strong> procuracy.<br />

(4) <strong>Criminal</strong> cases about crimes committed by members <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> armed forces, and also by<br />

summoned for compulsory temporary military training, shall be investigated by investigators<br />

<strong>of</strong> military prosecution.<br />

(5) <strong>Criminal</strong> cases about crimes in <strong>the</strong> field <strong>of</strong> economic activity (Articles 179, 180, 182 – 189,<br />

191, 197, 199 – 200, 211214, 216 – 218 <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Criminal</strong> <strong>Code</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Kyrgyz</strong> <strong>Republic</strong>) shall<br />

be investigated by investigators <strong>of</strong> financial police.<br />

(6) <strong>Criminal</strong> cases about crimes in <strong>the</strong> field <strong>of</strong> economic activity (Articles 205 – 207, 210 <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />

<strong>Criminal</strong> <strong>Code</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Kyrgyz</strong> <strong>Republic</strong>), shall be investigated by investigators <strong>of</strong> customs<br />

agencies.<br />

(7) <strong>Criminal</strong> cases about crimes against public security (Articles 229 – 233 <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Criminal</strong> <strong>Code</strong><br />

<strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Kyrgyz</strong> <strong>Republic</strong>), about crimes in <strong>the</strong> field <strong>of</strong> computer information (Articles 289-291<br />

<strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Criminal</strong> <strong>Code</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Kyrgyz</strong> <strong>Republic</strong>), shall be investigated by investigators <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />

National Security and Internal Affairs agencies.<br />

(8) <strong>Criminal</strong> cases about ecological crimes (Articles 265 – 279 <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Criminal</strong> <strong>Code</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />

<strong>Kyrgyz</strong> <strong>Republic</strong>), about crimes against justice (Articles 317 – 323 part two and three <strong>of</strong><br />

Article 324, Articles 325 - 334, 336 – 339 <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Criminal</strong> <strong>Code</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Kyrgyz</strong> <strong>Republic</strong>),<br />

shall be investigated by investigators <strong>of</strong> procuracy and Internal Affairs agencies.<br />

(9) <strong>Criminal</strong> cases about crimes in <strong>the</strong> field <strong>of</strong> economic activity (Articles 201 – 202 <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />

<strong>Criminal</strong> <strong>Code</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Kyrgyz</strong> <strong>Republic</strong>), about crimes against interest <strong>of</strong> service at<br />

nongovernmental enterprises and organizations (Articles 221 – 222 <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Criminal</strong> <strong>Code</strong> <strong>of</strong><br />

<strong>the</strong> <strong>Kyrgyz</strong> <strong>Republic</strong>), about crimes on illegal actions concerning <strong>the</strong> property subjected to
