completed with a statement <strong>of</strong> an interrogated certifying <strong>the</strong>ir correctness.<br />
(5) Any testimony received in <strong>the</strong> course <strong>of</strong> interrogation with utilization <strong>of</strong> audio and video<br />
recording shall be entered into a transcript <strong>of</strong> interrogation proceedings in accordance with<br />
<strong>the</strong> rules <strong>of</strong> this <strong>Code</strong>. The transcript <strong>of</strong> interrogation proceedings shall contain a remark on<br />
utilization <strong>of</strong> audio and video recording and a remark that an interrogated was notified on<br />
that; information on technical devices and <strong>the</strong> conditions <strong>of</strong> audio and video recording; a<br />
statement <strong>of</strong> an interrogated on utilization <strong>of</strong> audio and video recording in <strong>the</strong> course <strong>of</strong><br />
interrogation; certification on <strong>the</strong> correctness <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> transcript <strong>of</strong> proceedings and audio and<br />
video records made by an interrogated and <strong>the</strong> investigator. Audio and video records shall be<br />
kept toge<strong>the</strong>r with a case and after completion <strong>of</strong> investigation shall be sealed.<br />
Article 195. Transcript <strong>of</strong> interrogation proceedings<br />
(1) The course and <strong>the</strong> results <strong>of</strong> interrogation shall be revealed in a transcript <strong>of</strong> proceedings<br />
compiled in accordance with <strong>the</strong> requirements <strong>of</strong> Articles 90 and 170 <strong>of</strong> this <strong>Code</strong>. Any<br />
testimony shall be recorded on behalf <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> first person and if possible word by word.<br />
Questions and answers to <strong>the</strong>m shall be recorded according to <strong>the</strong> sequence that took place in<br />
<strong>the</strong> course <strong>of</strong> interrogation. The transcript <strong>of</strong> proceedings shall also reveal <strong>the</strong> questions <strong>of</strong><br />
<strong>the</strong> persons participating in an interrogation that were drawn <strong>of</strong>f by <strong>the</strong> investigator or <strong>the</strong><br />
questions that an interrogated waved to answer and shall specify <strong>the</strong> motives <strong>of</strong> a drawing <strong>of</strong>f<br />
or a wave.<br />
(2) Showing exhibits and documents, announcement <strong>of</strong> transcripts <strong>of</strong> proceedings and playing <strong>of</strong><br />
audio and video records <strong>of</strong> investigatory actions as well as testimony provided by an<br />
interrogated with regard to this shall be revealed in <strong>the</strong> transcript <strong>of</strong> proceedings.<br />
(3) In <strong>the</strong> course <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> investigatory action an interrogated may make charts, blueprints,<br />
diagrams that shall be enclosed to a transcript <strong>of</strong> proceedings and an entry on that shall be<br />
made in <strong>the</strong> transcript <strong>of</strong> proceedings.<br />
(4) After a free story an investigated shall be authorized to provide his testimony himself/herself<br />
in writing. After that an interrogated shall sign a written by him testimony and <strong>the</strong><br />
investigator may ask additional questions, making <strong>the</strong> information more precise.<br />
(5) After <strong>the</strong> completion <strong>of</strong> an interrogation a transcript shall be submitted to an interrogated for<br />
him to read it or announced upon his request. The requirements <strong>of</strong> an interrogated to make<br />
some additions to a transcript <strong>of</strong> proceedings shall be executed.<br />
(6) The fact <strong>of</strong> acknowledgment with a testimony and correctness <strong>of</strong> its recording shall be<br />
certified by an interrogated with his signature at <strong>the</strong> end <strong>of</strong> a transcript <strong>of</strong> proceedings. Any<br />
interrogated shall also sign each page <strong>of</strong> a transcript <strong>of</strong> proceedings.<br />
(7) If an interpreter participated in an interrogation he also shall sign each page and a transcript<br />
<strong>of</strong> proceedings as a whole. He shall also sign <strong>the</strong> translation <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> written by an interrogated<br />
testimony.<br />
(8) The transcript shall specify all persons participated in an interrogation. Each <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>m shall<br />
sign a transcript <strong>of</strong> proceedings.<br />
