6. PROGRAMMING IN A SYSTEM WITH CHANNELS. CNC <strong>8065</strong> (REF: 1103) ·110· Communication and synchronization. How is the synchronization carried out. Execution channels The #SIGNAL instruction activates the indicated mark in its own channel without interrupting the execution of the program. Depending on the status of the marks when executing the #WAIT instruction, the CNC behaves as follows. If when executing the #WAIT instruction, the programmed mark is not active, the channel interrupts the execution of the part-program and sets the channel waiting until the mark is active in the indicated channels. When the #SIGNAL instruction activates the mark , the channel will resume the execution of the program. If when executing the #WAIT instruction, the programmed mark is already active, the channel does not interrupt the execution of the part-program. In this case, the channels will not get synchronized. The channel does not delete the marks used. Use the #CLEAR instruction to delete the marks.
