Creating relationships
between documents in
different folders
1. Click the document with
which you want to establish a
relationship.
2. Click File and click
Properties.
3. Click the Related Documents
tab.
4. Click Add, navigate to and
select the related document,
then click Add.
5. Click OK.
The document appears in the
related documents list.

Making a published
document private
1. Click the document that you
want to be private.
2. Click File and click
Properties.
3. Check Private on the General
tab.
4. Click OK.
