Catalog will behave using the<br />

Options tab. The commands on<br />

a toolbar can appear with large<br />

icons rather than the small<br />

images you see by default. You<br />

can also choose whether or not<br />

ToolTips appear when you hold<br />

the mouse pointer over a<br />

command.<br />

Creating a new toolbar<br />

1. Click the Tools menu and<br />

click Customize.<br />

2. Click the Toolbars tab.<br />

3. Click New.<br />

4. Type the name of your new<br />

toolbar.<br />

5. Click OK.<br />

The new, empty toolbar<br />

appears in the Toolbars list<br />

and as a floating toolbar on<br />

your desktop.<br />

Shortcut to the Toolbars<br />

list<br />

You can access the Toolbars list<br />

without using the View menu.<br />

Simply right-click any toolbar or<br />

the status bar. Then, check or<br />

uncheck toolbars or click<br />

Customize.<br />

Renaming a toolbar<br />

1. Click the Tools menu and<br />

click Customize.<br />

2. Click the Toolbars tab.<br />

3. Click the toolbar you want to<br />

rename.<br />

5. Type the name of your new<br />

toolbar.<br />

The toolbar is renamed in the<br />

Toolbars list, and it appears<br />

as a floating toolbar on your<br />
