Today’s date<br />

To set either the beginning or<br />

ending date for your search to<br />

today’s date, click the date<br />

dropdown arrow and click Today<br />

at the bottom of the calendar.<br />

Defining a range of dates<br />

1. Click the Search button on<br />

the Standard toolbar.<br />

2. Click the Name & location<br />

tab to define the name, type,<br />

and location criteria for your<br />

search.<br />

Search dialog box.<br />

4. Click Find and click the Find<br />

dropdown arrow. Click the<br />

type of date for which you<br />

want to search.<br />

and click During.<br />

6. Define the beginning date.<br />

7. Define the ending date.<br />

8. Type a name for your search<br />

in the Save as text box.<br />
