earth can give, of every name and nature.<br />

Neither is it<br />

so far from any of you as some of you who are playing<br />

at occultism would have you think. We know one<br />

instance of one who reached the royal fifth in a little<br />

more than four years.<br />

If one can reach that point in that<br />

time, certainly others can.<br />

When we discovered in our travels on this highway<br />

what magnitude and glories were to be planted on earth,<br />

and that they could not exist here under the present conditions,<br />

we determined to go before the people, tell them<br />

of that wonderful world that we had found, teach them<br />

of the roads that lead thereto, and thereby lead out a<br />

people from the slavery in Egypt into the promised land<br />

flowing with milk and honey,-which indeed is the glory<br />

of all lands,-and there build the temple, and make it<br />

possible for that glorious state which now exists in the<br />

heavens to perpetually exist on earth; for YAHVEH. who<br />

cannot lie, has promised to' set his name there and to<br />

dwell there with his people FOREVER. But we wish to<br />

repeat what we have said to you before: This road grows<br />

narrower and more difficult all the way to that Holy City.<br />

The angel told Esdras it was so narrow that but one could<br />

pass at a time: so if you contract to take one with you,<br />

the way will be found too narrow, and you will be <strong>com</strong>pelled<br />

to stop. None but those who are able to tread that<br />

rugged path alone, unaided by other hands only as the<br />

light-bearer illumines the way, will ever be able to enter.<br />

As the ancient one said, "Naked we came into the world.<br />

and surely we can carry nothing out."<br />

But remember,<br />

he who brought the greatest light concerning this country<br />

said that tho you give all for this attainment you should<br />

receive an hundredfold in this present.<br />

He who said this,<br />

was poor, despised and afliicted of men, a man of sorrow<br />

and acquainted with grief; but he triumphed over death<br />

and defied the grave.<br />
